My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

When your order preparedand give it to the cargo , we are going to send a Tracking number to follow your package on www.fedex.com.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

If Fedex works on holidays , sure we can send your package.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes , we send the goods to your address. But if your country charges custom fee , fedes will inform you by e mail or by phone and after your confirm ,they deliver your package and you will pay at the door to the fedex if any fee.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

We try to send your goods as fast as we can. However If you want some special request such as custom design or something else ,we need much more day to finalize your order.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

We send the goods with fedex and we mark on delivery “sign from an adult when delivery” Thats why if any adult in delivery address , it is enough to get the package.
